Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath with Intentions’ Setting and Spring Flower Mandala creation.

Spring Equinox is the time marking renewal, return of the light and joy! With the bubbling up of energy and blossoming of new life, we experience a renewal within ourselves. This is the perfect time of the year to set intentions for the next months ahead.

After setting the intentions we will create a beautiful Spring Equinox flower mandala. This kind of devotional practice will help us to connect with our creative nature and open the portal into the “Path of beauty”.

The Ecstatic Dance will help us to express ourselves and release any burdens we don’t need anymore. From slow to intense and back to the stillness. 

And finally, the Sound Bath is the part to make you feel soft, still and relaxed. The sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments enhance your deep relaxation, calmness and release. The nervous system switches and softens. Here you can finally relax and listen to yourself.
