Sunday       09:00-13:00 (break) 15:00-18:00 (8 hours)

We are thrilled to have Kamadevi with us at the SOUL Studio Zug sharing profound embodied teachings in an intimate, safe space. TANTRIC HEART is suitable for absolute beginners, as well as participants with experience.

This 3-Day immersion invites you to sculpt a deeper connection with your physical body (SOMA) and your beingness (SOUL) through intentional and sacred practices. By blending elements of Spi-RITUAL and Transen-DANCE you are guided into your personal and collective artistry, through this Tantric attunement to the heart.

Kamadevi offers a transformative initiation that encourage you to connect with aspects of yourself that go beyond your limitations, all while staying grounded and aware of the changes unfolding in your body and life.

About the Teacher:

Kamadevi is a mystic yogini and multi-talented artist who inspires expansion through authentic Tantra Yoga teachings. She is adept at awakening the inner guru in others by acting as a channel to Spirit, weaving in beauty as a point of contemplation and devotion. At the same time, she is down to earth, able to bridge the gap between ancient teachings and modern lifestyle. You can find more information about her here.

Some of the practices you will explore during this 3-Day journey into the HEART are:

Shiva shakti kundalini - is a journey of meditation through the medicine of the Sacred Serpent along our spine. We will explore the fluid dynamics of spontaneous dance and static posture through various ancient rhythms to reveal life’s splendor and thrill while unleashing your highest, wondrous expression. Real transformation begins when we get out of our own way and let the natural procession of life unfold.

Textural awareness - encompasses therapeutic approaches that investigate the differences between internal and external somatic dialogue. This exploration includes pair and group activities that provide a spatial experience of energetic texture and help participants learn to feel these sensations in their bodies.

A significant focus of this practice is the discovery of the Pancha Koshas, or the five layers of our being. By engaging with these concepts, individuals can deepen their understanding of their physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual dimensions, enhancing their overall awareness and connection to themselves and others.

Breath immersion - recognizes that our breath serves as the bridge between life and death. Through trauma-informed breathwork practices, we can explore the threshold of what our bodies are ready to release, such as traumas, which can ultimately lead to greater freedom.

By consciously working with our breath, we create space for healing and self-discovery, fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves and our emotional landscape.

Therapeutic gestures - involve devotional practices that allow us to experience grace through both small and larger actions in our daily lives. This includes exploring body alignment and our interactions with the space and objects around us. By cultivating awareness of our gestures, we can invite grace into our lives and enhance our overall well-being.

Thoughts and behaviors - will be examined for any patterns to be seen, practices of self-love and forgiveness give way for us to actively work on releasing what no longer serves us.

Awareness of gratitude -  involves recognizing both the small details and the broader aspects of our lives for which we are thankful. By contemplating what nurtures our joy, we can invite it to flourish even more. This practice also helps us discern what no longer fits into our lives, allowing us to transform those elements into what we truly desire.

Dream weaving - invites us to live fully, embracing the palpable joy and bliss that comes from being alive. This vibrant sense of joy reflects our youthful spirit and helps maintain our well-being. Starting with the question, "How am I living?" initiates a journey toward alignment, helping us uncover what is truly meaningful to our essence. Following this, asking "Why am I living?" leads us to explore our purpose, and ultimately, "Who am I?" This trinity of existing, living, and being—body, mind, and soul—serves as our gateway to the greater whole.

When we align our integrity and gratitude with this greater whole, we begin to weave our dreams into the fabric of our everyday lives.
