In meinem Reiki Level 1 Kurs lernst du die Grundlagen dieser alten japanischen Energieheilkunst kennen und öffnest dich für die universelle Lebensenergie. Du erfährst, wie du Reiki für deine eigene Selbstheilung einsetzen kannst, um Stress abzubauen, deine Intuition zu stärken und Körper, Geist und Seele in Einklang zu bringen. Der Kurs verbindet Theorie mit viel Praxis – du wirst eingeweiht, erhältst die Handpositionen für eine Körperbehandlung bei dir und anderen, und entdeckst, wie Reiki zu einem liebevollen Ritual in deinem Alltag werden kann.
