Sound Bath

Autumn is a season of transition, with falling leaves, cooler temperatures, and a shift in nature’s rhythm. As everything  slows down, it invites us to reflect on the past, release what no longer serves us, and prepare for renewal.

Sound baths allow us to slow down and to hear ourselves more. Because when we are still we are ready to listen.

So I invite you to experience the soothing effects of SOUND BATH and discover a path to greater balance and harmony.

Sound baths help to:

🍁 reduce stress and chronic pain,

🍁 address anxieties,

🍁 improve sleep quality,

🍁 enhance mental acuity,

🍁 unlock creativity,

🍁 foster a sense of inner peace.

Please wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. You are welcome to bring a small cushion to put under your head and eye mask/small cushion to cover your eyes if you like.

Duration: 60 minutes

This is a donation based event for the Soul Studio Community. Some tea and snacks will be offered after the session.
