Sound Bath

If you’ve ever tried a sound bath, you already know - sound has a way of reaching the places words cannot. It softens the parts of us that stay guarded, settles the pieces of us that feel scattered, and gives the nervous system permission to finally, fully exhale.

Sound has a unique ability to move stuck energy in the body - not digested or/and hold emotions, tension, subconscious behaviour patterns. The vibrations move through the cells like a soft inner massage helping to release the heaviness we didn’t know we were carrying.

Sound helps to improve your sleep. When your mind slows down, your body relaxes, and your better sleep follows.

Sound helps to come back to the body, to the breath, to the present moment. And it’s through the sound we feel more whole, connected to our higher self and vibrant. 

Join us for the Community Sound Bath to fully exhale and feel more whole, connected and vibrant.

Please wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. You are welcome to bring a small cushion to put under your head and eye mask/small cushion to cover your eyes if you like.

Duration: 60 minutes

This is a donation based event for the Soul Studio Community. Some tea and snacks will be offered after the session.
